Mr. Perkins is preceded in death by his parents and brother Donnie Perkins. Those left to cherish his memory are brothers, Tony Perkins of Capitan, NM, Cecil Perkins & Dorothy of Deer Park, TX. , Dennis Perkins & Nelda of Trinity, TX.
