Kathy J. Nelson of Fairfax, OK, age 65, passed away Sunday, July 8th, 2018 at Fairfax Memorial Hospital. She was born on January 3rd, 1953 in Wichita, Kansas to Geraldine Arnold and Charlie Williams. Kathy was raised in Wichita, Kansas.

Kathy enjoyed spending time with her fiancé Tim, fishing and camping, crocheting and scary movies. Kathy retired from the health care field as a CNA. She leaves behind to grieve her passing her fiancé Tim Drebenstedt of the family home in Fairfax, mother Geraldine Arnold of Tonkawa, OK, sons, Philip G Nelson (Jennifer) of Topeka, Ks, Matthew Nelson of Topeka, KS, Nicholas Nelson (Elizabeth) of Hoyt, KS and Christopher Nelson of Topeka, KS and grandchildren, Brittany, Trevor, Aubrey, Thaddeaus, Sarah, Nicole, Nathaniel and Micheala, brother Charles Williams of Tonkawa, OK, sisters Carolyn Armstrong of Tonkawa, OK and LaVeta Bowker of Hominy, OK.

She also leaves behind 3 step-daughters, 10 step-grandchildren and many nephew and nieces. Kathy was proceeded in death by her husband, Stephen Nelson, Step-father Jay Arnold, sisters Judy Laluk and Vicki Huston, brothers Lenard Williams and Jimmie Arnold and nephew Jerry Armstrong. Kathy has been cremated and there will be no formal service per her request.
