Visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Friedens Church with Pastors Sonja and Dave Phillips officiating.

Kay was born on December 17, 1974 in New Braunfels, Texas to Edwin Herman and Martha Carolyn (Heinemeyer) Bading. She was a graduate of Navarro High School in Geronimo and Texas State University in San Marcos. She served as a Teacher’s Assistant for fifteen years.

Most recently she worked for SAS (San Antonio Shoes). Kay was a lifelong member of Friedens Church. Kay is preceded in death by her father Edwin Bading and her sister, Cynthia Ann Bading.

Survivors include her mother, Carolyn H. Bading; brother, Nathan Bading; uncle, Ben Heinemeyer and wife Fran; numerous cousins, other loving family members and friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Ryan Bading, Kyle Bading, Justin Bading, Cody Stanley, Gary Tschoepe and Matthew ton. Honorary pallbearers will be Gene Lamon, Jean Lamon and Caprice Pierucci.
