Known to her family as “IKE” and KKDA. Kay Francis Bagby, 81, of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on September 26, 1937 in Elk City, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of Johnny B. and Eva Mae (Ross) Bagby.

Kay passed away December 5, 2018 at Baptist Integris Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kay enjoyed being around her grandchildren and great grands. She spent many hours with friends.

She spent many of her working years as a cook. A Homegoing service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the Grace Temple Worship Center in Elk City, Oklahoma. Timothy L. Bagby Sr. will officiate.

Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Elk City, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma. Cherishing her memory are three sons Timothy L. Bagby and wife Gwen of Elk City, Oklahoma, Claude Bagby Sr. of Elk City, Oklahoma and Kevin Bagby of Denver, Colorado, 13 grandchildren; Alexander Williams of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Roy Williams and wife Milka of Cora Springs, Florida, Terri Williams and husband Carl of Elk City, Oklahoma, Tracy Williams of Elk City, Oklahoma, Timothy Bagby Jr. and wife Amber of Elk City, Oklahoma, Dakota Sullivan of Edmond, Oklahoma, Odyssey Bagby of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Claude Bagby Jr. of Norman, Oklahoma, Shannon Baez and husband Antonio of Norman, Oklahoma, Monique Smith of Aurora, Colorado, Quasean Smith of Dodge City, Kansas, Isaiah and Izare Bagby of Denver, Colorado; three brothers; Johnny Bagby and Eddie Lee Bagby both of Lawton, Oklahoma, Willie B. Bagby of New Brunswick, New Jersey; 26 great-grands and a whole host of nephews and nieces.

Kay had a special cousin Pearline Randle also one of her best friends. She is preceded in death by her by four children, her parents, two brothers and two sisters. Memorials can be made to the Charity of your choice in care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 707, Elk City, Oklahoma 73648.
