Kay Stevens Champa, 66, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 23, 1952 to Obie “Earl” Stevens, Jr. and Norma Miskell Bennett. Kay was preceded in death by her father.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Jeri Kay Hayden and Erica Lyn White; her mother Norma Miskell Bennett; a sister Debbie Stevens; a brother Don (Ann) Stevens; and two granddaughters Kaylie Kay Hayden and Ann Marie Dietrich. A private memorial service will be held at Ratterman Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road, “in St. Matthews” with burial to follow at Cave Hill. Expressions of sympathy may be made as contributions to Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1201 Story Ave #200, Louisville, KY 40206.
