Kayla is preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Jean Thomas; grandmother, Carolyn Cline; and mother, Sherry Cline. She is survived by her father, Robert David Cline; sister, Amy Wolfe; brother, Dr. Kevin Cline (Mandy, Brody and Rex); grandparents, David and Laverne Cline; aunts, Tim and Kelly Cline-Smith, Robert and Dr. Carolyn Davis; great aunts, Loren and Sue Kirby, Don and Imogene Watson.

A private family service will be held with Rev. James Norris officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in memory of Kayla to The Gideons International.
