Mr. Keith Linville Coffey, age 71, of Mt. Vernon, KY, husband of Susan Bray Coffey passed away Saturday, September 22nd, 2018, at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY. He was born September 12th, 1947 in Berea, Kentucky to Willis Linville Coffey and the late Ada Jean Coffey.

He attended Carmichael Community Church and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed coon hunting, fishing and farming. Keith was a Loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

He is survived by a wife of 47 years, Susan Bray Coffey, his children: Jennifer (Eddie) Carpenter of Mt. Vernon, KY; Julie (Robert) Phillips of Mt. Vernon, KY and one (adopted by faith): Jeff (Shona) Brock of Crab Orchard, KY; grandchildren: Callie Bray Carpenter, Kennedy Alexandria Carpenter, Keith Edward Carpenter, Gentry Robert Phillips, Emma Grace Phillips and Ava E. Bray Phillips; great-grandchildren: (JEP) Johnathan Edward Carpenter; brothers: Steve A. Coffey and Willis G. Coffey.

Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy R. Coffey. Services for Keith Coffey are incomplete at this time and are entrusted with the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals.
