Obituary for Kirk Douglas Fitzgerald Kirk Douglas Fitzgerald, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 4, 2019 at the age of 52. He is preceded in death by his father, Douglas Paul Fitzgerald. He is the beloved husband of Gina Lavolpicella Fitzgerald.

He is the loving father of Kurt Joseph Fitzgerald and Anthony Michael Ybarra (Natasha). He is the devoted grandfather of Kade, Karlyn, and Kendalyn. He is the cherished son of Judy Hadley Barrois (Kenneth Sr.).

He is the loving brother of Julie Fitzgerald Adams (Troy), Melissa Fitgerald Guillot (Kevin), and Natalie Fitgerald Douglas (John). He is the adored uncle of Walter Joseph Heathcock, Adam Joseph Adams, Irelyn Claire Heathcock, Jake Hebert (Haley), Cole Hebert, Raegan Hebert, Brantley Hebert, Erica Landry (Don Paul), Kalee Cooper, Cohen Landry, Laiken Landry, and Aspen Landry. He is also survived by other family and friends.

An avid outdoorsman, Kirk enjoyed fishing and hunting. Above all, he loved spending quality times with his loving family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
