Kurt’s Obituary Kurt B. Schulz, 61, of Hammond, LA, died peacefully at home on April 20, 2019. He was born March 2, 1958 in South Charleston, son of the late Edmund R. and Mary K. Jordan Schulz. Kurt was a retired warehouse team leader from Exel Logistics in LaCombe, LA.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Kurt loved camping, WVU sports, the Cleveland Browns and Indians. He is survived by his three sons, Brian (Sarah) , David, and Hunter; granddaughter, Delilah of the New Orleans area; brother Clark (Bonnie) of Cross Lanes; sister, Cheryl Schulz of Hammond, LA; along with several cousins in the Charleston area.

A special mention to his good friends, D.J. Levron, Don Oliver, Henry DeTiller, Charles Gele and Charles Becotte. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 29, at Cunningham Memorial Park, in the upper mausoleum chapel with Rev. James M. Hill officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.
