OBITUARY Lanette Dominey Tapley April 27, 1937 – September 1, 2018 Lanette Dominey Tapley, 81, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018. A celebration of her life will be held Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will greet friends from 12:00 noon until the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www. stjude.org.

Lanette was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Willie T. and Lacie V. Dominey and was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Jerry Eugene Tapley and sisters, Laverne Horne and Linda Damron. She was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith. Lanette was an avid bowler, enjoyed traveling and cooking, but above all, loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her daughters, Cindy Crowley and Karen (Toby) Clubb; grandchildren, Cassie (Paul) Crowley, Jarrett (Haley) Clubb and Payne Clubb; great grandchildren, Jacie, Clary and Callie; sister, Colleen Favors; and several nieces and nephews. Visit www. maconmp.com to express condolences.
