OBITUARY Michael E. Collins December 12, 1946 – October 21, 2018 Michael E. Collins, 71, passed away October 21, 2018. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Snow’s Memorial Chapel with Lance Foster officiating. Family will greet friends Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Ave.

Mr. Collins was born in Byron, Georgia to George Collins, Jr. and Janie H. Eppinger Collins. He served in the United States Air Force. He was retired from Borden Milk Company.

Michael was a member of the Vietnam Dog Handler Association. He was of Baptist faith. Mr. Collins is survived by his wife, Sharon Simmons Collins, of Macon; sons, Christopher (Kimberly) Collins, Todd (Michelle) Collins, Anthony (Ellis Anne) Collins, daughter-in-law, Kelanie Stubbs; step-daughter, Jennifer (Joe) Hopson; grandchildren, Allyson, Kami, Hunter, Thomas, and Cadence Collins, Gracin Arnold, Harlie Hopson, Abigail, Aaron, and Adian Jackson; a sister, Kay Benge; his brothers, George (Judy) B. Collins III and Phil (Kathy) Collins; and several nieces and nephews.
