Laree A. Distler, 91, a resident of Phoebe Home, formerly of Walnutport, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2018. She was the wife of the late James W. Distler. Born in Lehighton, she was the daughter of the late John W. and Heltha (Smith) LeVan.

Laree was a member of Northampton Assembly of God, Cherryville. She is survived by a son: Ronald J. Distler of Allentown, daughter: Darlene and husband Joseph Cerqueira; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Northampton Assembly of God, 3449 Cherryville Road, Northampton PA 18067.

A Calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 A.M. at the church. Arrangements are being handled by Harding Funeral Home, Slatington. Contributions in Laree’s name can be made to the church.
