Dean Lathan Toccoa, Georgia Mr. Larry Dean Lathan, age 70 of Hilltop Lane, Toccoa passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 at the Stephens County Hospital. A son of the late Tom and Gertrude Duncan Lathan, he was born April 14, 1948 in Stephens County, Georgia where he lived all his life. He was employed with Nicholon in Habersham County for a number of years and later with the Stephens County School System Maintenance Department.

He was of the Holiness faith.
