My amazing father, Larry Donovan Bowen was a life-long Sacramentan born on August 3, 1942 and passed away on August 28, 2918. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Donovan Bowen and mother Rhoda (Koehmstedt) Bowen. He is survived by daughter Julie Bowen and sisters Patricia (John) Morales, Lenore (Steve) Cobb, and Norene (Charles) Morrison, plus many nieces and nephews.
