Larry G. Jackson, 64, of Scottsville, KY passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at his residence. The Scottsville, KY native was a retired employee of Eaton Corporation and member of Scottsville Baptist Church. He loved UK basketball, playing softball, the Indy 500 and riding his Harley.

He was the son of the late Robert Jackson and Ruby Lorene Stewart Jackson. He is survived by 1 son: Bobby Jackson and wife, Cheryl, Scottsville, KY; 2 daughters: Kristin Davis and husband, Daniel, and Jade Jackson, all of Scottsville, KY; 8 grandchildren: Abigail Jackson, Travis Jackson, Hannah Coats, Brady Poynter, Jace Jackson, Abel Davis, Isabella Kaye Santiago and Hadley Shelton. He was preceded in death by 1 sister: Roberta Lee Jackson and 1 half brother: David “Petie” Fox.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Allen County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday and after 8:00 am Saturday until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
