He is survived by wife Billie Mitschke; sons Wayne Mitschke and wife Joann, Tommy Mitschke and wife Shelly; daughter Melissa Mitschke-Ross and husband Kelly; sisters Linda Kent, Barbara Feagan; grandchildren Jordan Tillery, Ana Patino, Faith Tillery, Zoe Patino, Eli Patino; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. The funeral will be on Thursday January 3, 2019 at 11:15 am at Houston National Cemetery.

The family will have a memorial service on Friday January 4, 2019 at 6 pm. at Shiloh Baptist Church, 23752 FM 1098, Hempstead, TX 77445. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Shiloh Baptist Church at P.O. Box 509, Waller, TX 77484.

Larry is in the care of Canon Funeral Home.
