Mrs. Laura Dean Allen, a resident of Ozark, died Wednesday, November 14, 2018, in Dale Medical Center. She was eighty-two years old. Funeral services will be 2:30 P. M. Friday, November 16, 2018 in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home and Cremations in Ozark with Reverend Brad Garrett officiating.

Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Ozark Friday from 1:30 P.M. until service time. Mrs. Allen was born July 5, 1936 in Ariton, Alabama to the late Alton Dean and Nola Jones Dean.

She had lived in Ozark most of her life and worked with Phillips-Van Heusen as a supervisor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Allen; and her daughter, Patricia Lee Allen. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Alla Allen of Ozark; four grandchildren, Lauran Sevier (Sam), Megan Bostick, Adelina Tkatchenko, and Roman Uchev (Britni); eight great grandchildren; and a special friend, Jackson Corbin.
