Lawrence J. Kwiatkowski, age 78, of Toledo, passed away on July 2, 2018. He was born on November 7, 1939 to Melvin and Helen (Wojtowicz) Kwiatkowski in Toledo. Larry was a Fire Chief at serving many local stations for the Toledo Fire Department, retiring after several dedicated years.

Larry was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and he enjoyed traveling and fishing. Larry was preceded in death by his parents. He will be dearly missed by his daughter, Lynn George; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Nancy (Mike) Dusseau; brother, Thomas (Sharon) Kwiatkowski; and nieces and nephew.

Family and friends may visit on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Last Alarm Services at 12:00 p.m. followed immediately with Funeral Services at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy. Burial services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be directed to the Toledo Fire Fighters Foundation – For Pete’s Sake (545 N. Huron St., Toledo, OH 43604).
