OBITUARY Lawrence W. Pummill March 22, 1944 – December 25, 2018 Lawrence (Larry) Wesley Pummill, 74, Kansas City, MO, passed December 25, 2018 at NorthCare Hospice House. A memorial visitation will be 2-4 PM Saturday, December 29th, with the rendering of military honors at 3:30 PM, at McGilley Antioch Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions to NorthCare Hospice House (www.

kchospice.org), 2800 Clay Edwards Dr, 2nd floor, North Kansas City, MO 64116. Larry was born March 22, 1944 to Kenneth and Maria (Langewisch) Pummill in Kansas City. He was a graduate from Center High School.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era and served in Germany. Larry worked for Dupont for 39 years before retiring. He was married Deborah Whitaker in 1972.

She preceded him in death in 2005. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister. Larry was a devoted husband and father, often putting others needs before his own.

Larry is survived by his daughter, Jennifer M. Pummill; and son, John Pummill and wife, Sara; siblings, Anna Lee Farnsworth, Norma Kay McCaig and Ronald Pummill; and several nieces and nephews.
