Obituary for Lee David Shoulette Lee David Shoulette age 72, passed away from cardiac arrest Monday, September 17, 2018. Born on April 4, 1946 in Manhattan, NY, he was a son of the late Hugh and Beulah Shoulette. Mr. Shoulette was a residential home builder and general contractor.

He was on the Waccamaw Architectural Review Board and was currently on the Georgetown County Planning and Zoning Board. He worked at Pawleys Plantation for 23 years in charge of construction and development. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Glenda Shoulette; a sister in law, Joan and Bob Hawthorne; a brother in law, George and Karen Devendorf; Eric and Brenda Devendorf and their families and several nieces and nephews.
