Funeral: 1p.m. – Saturday, January 26, 2018 at Wolfe & Sons Funeral Home with Keith Bowling, Eugene “Friday” Robert and Logan Roberts presiding. Interment: Lowe Cemetery – Stinnett, Kentucky Visitation: 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. – Friday at the chapel Lee Ellen Lowe of Stinnett, Kentucky departed this walk of life on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at the Advent Health – Manchester, Kentucky at the age of 64. She was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky on February 27, 1954, a daughter of the late George and Rachel Harris Woods.

She had been a life-long resident of Leslie County and was a homemaker. In Lee’s past time, she enjoyed watching television and talking on the phone. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her dog “Dog”.

Lee Ellen was affiliated with the Church of God. In addition to her parents, Lee Ellen was preceded in death by a brother, Denzil Lowe and a niece, Doris Hoskins Morgan. Survivors include, one daughter, Rose Ann Collett (Danny) of Bell Co.; one sister, Reba Hoskins of Stinnett, KY; four brothers, Earl Lowe (Tonya Gail) and Jesse Lowe (Norma), both of Stinnett, KY, Thomas Lowe of London, KY, and Bernard Lowe of Hyden, KY; four grandchildren, Chelsea Fields, Danny Collett, Dylan Collett, and Brandy Collett; nieces and nephews, Rachel Caldwell, Brandon Lowe, Earl Lowe, Leeland Lowe, Jennifer Wilson, Jessica Lowe, Brittany Lowe, Tiffany Lowe, Charles Hendrix and Shane Sandlin; special friends, Bessie Harris and Georgia Carol Collett; Lee Ellen also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends.
