OBITUARY Lee L. Webb June 6, 1929 – September 20, 2018 Born June 6, 1929 in Mason, MI to Lawrence and Florence (Townsend) Webb, passed away on September 20, 2018, at the age of 89. Lee retired from dairy farming in 2000. At that time, he had already built a number of houses, and 2 cabins at Derby Lake.

He built a 3rd cabin with Alice. Lee was always designing something. He enjoyed singing in a men’s group and the Aurelius Baptist Church choir.

He also enjoyed scuba diving, planting trees and anything to do with lumber, building walls out of stones, restoring Hupmobiles and other old cars and tractors. Lee was always creative and generous, willing to help anyone who needed it. He was a popular entertainer at church functions.

Lee liked to laugh and make other laugh. We miss you! Surviving to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Alice P. Stoddard; 6 children, Marie (Jerald) Lee, Michael (Karyn Butler) Webb, Diane (Tom) Thorsen, Cynthia (David) Holzhei, Loren (Pat) Webb, Pamela (James) Miller; 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; and sister, Ruth C. Smith.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 28, 2018 at Aurelius Baptist Church, 4419 W. Barnes Rd. , Mason, MI 48854 with Pastor Steve Aikin officiating. Interment will follow at North Aurelius Cemetery in Aurelius Twp.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to the Aurelius Baptist Church or the First Congressional Church, 305 N. Camburn St., Stanton, MI 48888. Memories and online condolences may be shared with the family at www.
