Leon S. Britt, 80 of Dunn passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2018. Mr. Britt’s funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at 2:00 pm, in the West & Dunn Funeral Home Chapel in Newton Grove. The Rev.

Alton Childers will be officiating the service. Mr. Britt will be laid to rest in the Bradshaw Family Cemetery in Newton Grove. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 22, from 1 till 2 PM.

Mr. Britt’s survivors include his daughter, Betty Armstrong and husband David of Dunn; his son, Donald Britt and wife Lurene of Dunn; grandchildren, Kayla Armstrong, Amanda Thornton, Matthew Armstrong, Kenny Britt and Jeremy Britt; great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Madison Strickland; a brother, John Britt of Raleigh; and a sister, Edith Lee of Clayton. Mr. Britt was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Clyda Britt; and his wife, Evelene Britt. Online condolences may be made at www.
