Lewis P. Westcott, Jr. of the Town of Cambria, NY, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019, in Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital, Lewiston, NY. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on March 16, 1934, the son of the late Lewis P. and Sarah [Lusted] Westcott.

Mr. Westcott graduated from Trott Vocational High School. He was employed as an electronic technician with Bell Aircraft, the New York State Power Authority, AMF, Kodak and Bell AeroSpace. Mr. Westcott enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and working on his car.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years Dolores A. [Batterson] Westcott, two daughters Lois (Philip) Reiter and Elaine (Greg) Brehm, two grandchildren LTJG Tyler Brehm, USN and Lindsey Brehm, one brother William Westcott and one sister Lucille Keiper, also many nieces and nephews. Mr. Westcott was the father of the late Paul L. Westcott and brother of the late Sarah Townsend, Mildred Warren and Grace Swearengen. His family will be present on Monday from 2-5 & 7-9 at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 AM, with the Rev.

Kurt D. Schultz officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorials may be made to St. Andrew Lutheran Church or to the Diabetes Association.
