Obituary of Lillian Hutchison Lillian S. Hutchison, 94, of State College, died Monday, December 24, 2018, at Wynwood House Greenhills. Born January 24, 1924, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Philip and the late Mary Effenberger Stehle. On August 7, 1952 she married Robert C. Hutchison, who preceded her in death on December 6, 1997.

She is survived by one son, John P. Hutchison and his wife, Christine, of Allentown; two grandchildren, Sean P. Hutchison and his wife, Allie of Temple, Texas and Alicia R. Hutchison of Pittsburgh; one great-grandson, Braden, her niece Selma King, of State College and many other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and spouse, she was preceded in death by her three siblings, Florence Lewis, William Stehle and Carolyn Brandon. Lillian was a 1941 graduate of Butler High School.

She retired as a legal secretary for the Norman Jaffe Family Law Firm in Butler. Lillian was a member of the Hill United Presbyterian Church in Butler and St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Orefield. She was also a member of the State College Senior Center, loved to play bingo and Kings in the Corner.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in North Side Cemetery, Butler. Memorial contributions may be made to Wynwood House Greenhills, Activities Fund, 301 Farmstead Lane State College, PA 16803 or to Grane Hospice, 115 Union Ave, Altoona, PA 16602.
