OBITUARY Linda Jones August 18, 1943 – October 30, 2018 Jones, Linda, age 75, of Pell City, AL passed away October 30, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband, Grover C. Jones; mother, Roberta Melvin; father, Elbert Melvin; and granddaughter, Haley Raymond. She is survived by her daughters, Robin Raymond, Marquita Allen, and Earlene Bearden; son, Joe Allen; sisters, Saundra Snipes, Peggy Weldon, and Betty Hines; brothers, Robert S. Melvin and Elbert “Bert” Melvin; grandchildren, Stacey Everette (Matt), Jason Raymond, Jesse Raymond (Stephanie), Jessica Mays (Skylar), Jennifer Poe )Erickson), Brandon Allen, and Michele Allen; 12 great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 03, 2018 from 9AM to 10AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 10AM. Burial will take place at Forest Crest Cemetery. Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds to direct services.
