Simmons (Cathy); mother, Cindy Adams Simmons; sister, Emily Simmons; grandparents, Billy and Betty Simmons; nephew, Rylan Blackmon; uncles, Bobby Adams, Andy Adams, Ron Haynes, and Lane Warlick (Debbie); aunt, Wendy Adams and Theresa Warlick; and cousin, Leia Leonard. The family will receive friends Friday, November 30, 2018 from 1PM to 2PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home Leeds Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 2PM.
