She is survived by her loving companion, James Harper; son, Nathan E. Foley; daughter, Kaitlyn S. Foley; mother, Donna S. Foley; sisters, Donna M. Foley and Shannon L. Foley; brother, John A. Foley (Jo Anna White); aunt, Barbara Carrier. A Celebration of Life will be 10:30a.m. Friday, September 28, 2018 at J.B. Ratterman & Sons, 2114 W. Market Street with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 11a.m. to 8p.m. Thursday.
