Ms. Linda Stanley Shuman, 75, of Early Branch, entered into rest Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Trident Medical Center. Born March 28, 1944 in Hampton County, she was a daughter of the late Horace W. Stanley and Iva Lee Schaffer Stanley. She was a retired LPN, having worked for over 30 years at Hampton Regional Medical Center and Colleton Medical Center.

She was a member of New Life Church in Early Branch. She was a loving mother and sister, who devoted her life to her family and friends whom she deeply loved. Surviving are: her daughter, Jennifer Shuman of Early Branch; brother, Bernard Stanley of Early Branch; niece, Janice Vincent of Hampton; nephew, Kent Jarrell and his wife Leslie of Cope; and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Stanley DeWitt. Funeral services will be held 11 o’clock, Saturday morning, May 25, 2019 at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Varnville. Interment will follow in Mount Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, Old Salkehatchie Road, Early Branch.
