Lisa Carol Downs, age 59, of Queen City, Texas went to be with her heavenly father November 5th, 2018. She was born February 13th, 1959 in Puerto Rico to Charles and Sara Jo Downs. Lisa was a gentle, soft spoken woman.

She was a christian and read her bible daily. She loved to read biblical history and Biblical fiction. She was an employee of EZ Mart in Queen City, TX.

She was preceded in death by her father and one Sister, Kristina Moseley. She is survived by her Mother; one Sister, Teri Creecy of Longview; one Brother, David Carr of Jefferson; two sons, Jerry Downs of Arizona and Jesse Rich of Atlanta, Texas; one Step daughter, Tiffany Matthews of Sulpher Springs as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father and one Sister, Kristina Moseley.

She was an employee of EZ Mart in Queen City, TX. Graveside services will be Saturday, November 10, 2018 officiated by Brother Craig Evers under the direction of Haggard Funeral Home at Taylor Cemetery in Jefferson, TX at 3pm.
