Obituary for Lois “Lucy” Lucille Precht Lois Lucille “Lucy” Precht, 96, of Loveland, passed away March 31, 2018 at her residence. Lucy was born to Reuben Jackson Daly and Lena (Roberts) Daly on May 19, 1921 in Columbia, MO. She married James F. Precht on May 18, 1940 in Mexico, MO, later moving to California and settling in Colorado.

Lucy attended Columbia High School. She worked for Mountain Bell and later the Boiler Makers as a secretary while James was in the war. She loved horses, golfing, dancing and loved her family.

She is survived by her daughter in law, Alice Moser; foster sister, Joyce Ann Simms; grandchildren, Amy Ludwig, James Precht, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband James Precht; sons, Barry Eugene and Michael James Precht, sister; Maxine and brothers; Nolan, Robert and Lloyd. Memorial Contributions may be made to ALS or the Alzheimer’s Association in care of Allnutt Funeral Service 702 13th Street, Greeley, CO 80631.
