Lora Ann Janschek, age 75 of Hughesville, Maryland, died March 12, 2019 at her residence. Lora was a homemaker. She was known for her wedding cakes.

In her earlier years, she worked at Sears and Roebuck Store in Waldorf, Maryland for 17 years. She collected cookie jars, loved reading and crocheting, and was known as a loving mother. She was the daughter of Allen H. Davis and Virginia M. Orange Davis.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, John J. Janschek; her sons, Joe Janschek Jr., James R. Janschek (Beth), Jerold L. Janschek (Jackie), and Jason A. Janschek (Christine); her brother, Wayne Davis (Karen); and her sister, Suzi Maggard (Earl). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Funeral Service and Interment were private.
