Wade was a Computer Technician for 30 years at Northrup Grumman. He was the son of Calvin Coolidge Shifflett and Mary Ellen Davies Shifflett.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Debra Jean Grimes. Friends received on Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 12PM until time of Funeral Service at 1PM at Raymond Funeral Service Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, Maryland 20646. Obituary to be updated.
