Gladbach, age 87 of Mendon, died Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the Brunswick Nursing Home. Lorene was born in Keytesville, Missouri on February 14, 1931 to Spencer and Rosa (Tyson) Clark. She married Paul W. Gladbach on November 3, 1951 and he preceded her in death.

Lorene was a homemaker and a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church. She is survived by a son, Ronald Gladbach and Lydia of Mendon, two daughters, Barbara McCurry and Mike of Kingsville and Brenda Gladbach of Mendon, six grandchildren, Kimberly McCurry, Shaun McCurry, Vincent Gladbach, Brett Gladbach, Vanessa Morrison and Derek Jones, and fourteen great grandchildren, Paige 7 Kenna Allen, Livvy & Ayla McCurry, Ethan Jones, Lana Gladbach, Caitlyn Gladbach, Hitomi Gladbach, Natsumi Gladbach, Ariana Gladbach, Eli Gladbach, Tucker Gladbach, Kyah Morrison and Kane Morrison. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul, brother Calvin Clark and sister Opal Cavanaugh.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 2, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in rural Mendon with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:30 to 1:00 PM Saturday, February 2 at Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline. Memorials may be made to Larry’s Warriors and mailed to Delaney Funeral Home 1720 N. Missouri Ave.
