Lori Lee Johnson, 58, of Carbon Cliff, passed away Friday, May 18, 2018, at UnityPoint Health, Trinity Rock Island. The family will have a celebration of life service at Lake Story in Galesburg on June 10, 2018. Cremation rites have been accorded.

Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Moline, are assisting the family. Lori was born on April 8, 1960 in Albert Lea, MN, the daughter of David R. and Donna McGinnis Smith. She married Bradley E. Johnson on November 20, 2008 in Rock Island.

Lori proudly served in the United States Army. She earned an associate degree in Business Management. Lori worked in the food industry.

Survivors include her husband, Bradley Johnson; children, Brandon Smith, Michael (Laura) Smith, and Lindsey Keehn; seven grandkids; brother, Danny (Colleen) Smith; and sister, Lessa Smith (Darryl Howell). She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Ricky, Terry, and Larry.
