Obituary for Louise Elizabeth (Bradley) Gilbert Louise Elizabeth (Bradley) Gilbert, age 92, of Erwin, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Unicoi County Long Term Care. A native of Embreeville, she is a daughter of the late Mat and Dora (Austin) Bradley. Louise was a Registered Nurse.

She was a member of Buford First United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir. While living in Georgia, she was a member of Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, Louise is preceded in death by her husband, Ace Gilbert; sisters, Grace Estep and Sue Foster; Brothers, Burnie Bradley, Bill Bradley, Sr. and Bob Bradley, and his daughter, Rhonda Bradley; and also nieces, Marilyn Phillips and Margie Estep; and a nephew, Steve Bradley.

Louise Elizabeth (Bradley) Gilbert has left behind to cherish her memory: Nephews: James Bradley, Roger Bradley, Bill Bradley, Jr. and wife, Rhonda, Matt Bradley and wife, Tina, Bryan Bradley and wife, Debbie, Phillip Bradley and wife, Shannon; Nieces: Linda Bunton, Debra McIntosh and husband, Andy, Elaine Frazier and husband, Ronnie, Carolyn Clouse and husband, Tommy, Bernice Guinn and husband, Larry, Tracy Bradford and husband, Dwayne, Lori Garland; Brothers-in-law: Arnold Foster, Ray Gilbert; Numerous friends and neighbors in Georgia who loved and cared for Louise. The family respectfully requests the honor of your presence as we offer tribute and remember the life of Louise Elizabeth (Bradley) Gilbert in a funeral service to be held at 7:00 PM on Saturday, December 15, 2018 in the chapel at Valley Funeral Home. Reverend Noah Taylor will officiate.

Eulogy will be provided by Bill Bradley, Jr. A visitation period to share memories and offer support to the family will begin at 5:00 PM and will continue until service time on Saturday. A committal service we be held Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Bethesda Cemetery. Those who wish to attend will meet at Valley Funeral Home by 1:30 PM on Sunday to go in procession.

Pallbearers will be selected from family. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family and viewed at www.
