She was born on April 1, 1929 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Manuel & Betsy (Williams) Jeffery. Mrs. Jeffery was a member of the Towne Blvd.

Church of God for 41 years. Preceded in death by her husband Nelson Jeffery, Jr., in 1977, 2 brothers Edward “Eddie Boy” Jeffery, and Manuel “Red Dog” Jeffery, sister Pearl Dillard, her sister-in-law Irene Jeffery, and brother-in-law Robert Dillard. She is survived by her 2 daughters Pearl Ann Jeffery & Shirley Louise Jeffery, her sister-in-law Arlene Jeffery, special dog Joy Lynn, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, other relatives and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Monday, March 18th at the DALTON FUNERAL HOME, 6900 Weaver Rd. , Germantown, OH, where the Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, with Lisa Jeffery from Mobile, AL, and Greg Jeffery from Middletown, officiating. Burial Willow View Cemetery, Dayton.
