Louise K. Scott of Walden, NY, 82, passed away peacefully at Sapphire Nursing Home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on October 14, 1936 in Ossining. She was the daughter of Charles and Josephine Doolittle.

She graduated from Walden High School, where she met the love of her life in second grade when he proposed to her and made it official ten years later. She loved nothing more than her family and her infectous laugh will be missed. Louise is survived by her Husband David of 63 years; her daughter Elaine Schisano and her husband Robert; sister Charlene Wynkoop; her two sisters-in-law Betty Bevier and Louise Jakuba; her grandchildren Paul O’Conor (Katie), Laura Vance (Christopher), Kristen Schlageter (Michael), Meghan O’Conor and Alex Scott; 6 great-grandchildren Ryan, Owen, Ava, Benjamin, Landon and Aubrey; nieces and nephews Louise was predeceased by her son Brad Scott and two sisters Vanita Reichle and Christine Kuzmich.

The family would like to thank Sonia Robert, her niece, for the wonderful care during the past year and also Patricia Sciascia, who allowed Dad his Thursday night horseshoes. Visitation will be Friday, October 19, 2018 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St.Walden, NY 12586. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 20, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Wallkill Valley Cemetery in Walden, NY. Donations may be made to: St. Baldrick’s Foundation #680 133 South Mayflower Ave.
