Louise Wilson (nee Macchiarole) Louise Wilson (nee Macchiarole) passed away Monday, September 3, 2018 surrounded by family and friends at the age of 95. She was born in Akron, OH on July 22, 1923, the daughter of the late Michael and Angeline Macchiarole. She worked for over 30 years at Workingman’s Overhaul and Supply.

Louise was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Ken Wilson. She was also preceded in death by sisters and brothers-in-law, Lena (D’Angela) Emil, Antoinette (Raleigh) Ward, Rose (Nick) Carone; and brothers and sisters-in-law, John (Yolanda) Macchiarole, Joe Macchiarole, Tony (Kathleen) Macchiarole, and Nick (Ruth) Macchiarola. Left to mourn her passing is sister-in-law, Judy Macchiarole, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to extend a very special thank you to her beloved niece, Angie D’Amico, for all her years of love and care to Louise and Ken. Family and friends may visit during calling hours Wednesday September 5, 2018 from 5 to 8pm at Ciriello and Carr Funeral Home, 810 Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday September 6, 2018 at 10am St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 164 W Market St. in Akron with Father Norm Douglas officiating.

Louise will be laid to rest with her beloved husband at Holy Cross Cemetery, 100 E. Waterloo Road in Akron.
