Obituary of Lubov Ketcha Lubov “Lovy” Ketcha, 93 of Olyphant, went home to her heavenly reward Saturday morning, surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Stephen Ketcha who died October 11, 2012. The couple was married for 63 years at the time of his death.

Born and raised in Olyphant, she was the daughter of the late Kyril and Sophia Yuhas. She was a graduate of Olyphant High School and was a member of Holy Ghost Byzantine Catholic Church, Jessup. She was a kind and caring wife, mother , grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed gardening, cooking, quilting and spending time with her family.

Surviving are three daughters, Diana Durkin and husband Dan, La Plata, MD, Deborah Lewis and husband Robert, Archbald and Mariann Mackrell and husband Timothy, Peckville, grandchildren; Matthew and Shannon Durkin, Caitlin and Courtney Mackrell, and Colleen Vail, a great grandson Christopher Joshua Lewis, and a sister, Anna Pawlish, Loganville PA. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Joseph Lewis and several brothers and sisters. The funeral will be Saturday at 9 AM from the Louis M.Margotta Funeral Home, 511 Church with Divine Liturgy at 9:30 at Holy Ghost Byzantine Catholic Church, Jessup.
