Obituary for Lucia Montini Lucia T. Montini, 99, formerly of 7 Sackett Street, Pittsfield, died Friday, December 14, 2018 at Springside Nursing Facility, where she had resided since 2011. Born in Pittsfield on November 5, 1919, the daughter of the late Melfino and Palmina Cacciagrano Quaglietti, she was a 1938 graduate of Pittsfield High School. She worked as an assembler for 10 years at General Electric Ordnance Department, and also previously worked at Berkshire Medical Center as a Unit Coordinator.

A communicant of Sacred Heart Church, she was also a member of their Rosary Sodality. She leaves behind her former husband, Louis J. Montini of Pittsfield; her daughter, Pamela Ann Montini of Pittsfield; and her grandson, Kevin Patrick Cushman of Pittsfield. She was predeceased by a daughter, Regina Montini Cushman, six brothers, Peter, Carlo, Dante, Alexander, Rocco, and Melfino Quaglietti; and two sisters, Camelina DiNicola and Mary Goodrich.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Mrs. Montini will be held, Thursday, December 20, 2018 with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Church, celebrated by Rev. Michael Bernier, Pastor. There will be no calling hours.
