Obituary for William Huska William M. Huska, 88, of Dalton, MA, passed away peacefully December 19, 2018 at Berkshire Medical Center. He was born in Pittsfield on April 17, 1930, the son of the late Charles and Kathryn Osadchuk Huska. Mr. Huska was educated in Pittsfield Schools and went on to marry the former Florence M. Leach on August 19, 1950 at the Shrine in Lebanon, NY.

He worked as a maintenance painter at General Electric for 41 years, retiring in 1990. A communicant of St. Agnes Church, he was also a member of the GE Quarter Century and Pensioners Club and a past member of the GEAA. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, building and fixing everything, grilling, and loved all animals.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 68 years, Florence Huska of Dalton; son, William M. Huska II of Texas; daughter Patricia J. Rice of Bennington, VT; three grandchildren, Nathaniel T. Rice, William M. Huska III and Caitlin Haswell. He was predeceased by his daughter, Sharon A. Haswell and eight siblings. FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Mr. Huska will be held, MONDAY, December 24, 2018 with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Agnes Church in Dalton, Celebrated by Rev.

Christopher Malatesta, Pastor. Burial will follow in Ashuelot Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
