OBITUARY Lucy S. Mitchell September 4, 1926 – January 6, 2019 On January 6, 2019, Lucy S. Mitchell (nee DiCintio) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel Joseph Mitchell, Sr; devoted mother of Donna M. Brosh, Valerie A. Mehl, and the late Daniel J. Mitchell, Jr.; loving grandmother of Joseph F. Brosh, Jr., Christopher M. Brosh, Daniel M. Mitchell, Nicole A. Willig, Krysta L. Banas, Melissa N. Fleischer, and Michael A. Mitchell; dear sister of Mary Caton and Carmelia Kispert. Lucy is survived by 14 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd. , Nottingham, MD 21236, on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10am at St. Joseph Catholic Church (Fullerton, MD).

Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lucy’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
