He went to Durant High School. He was a Mixer for ETS Lindgren and attended the Glory Bound Pentecostal Church. He married Kirstian Montgomery on March 1, 2018 in Durant, OK.

Luis loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Luis is preceded in death by a brother. Luis is survived by his wife Kirstian Deanda of the home, son Logan Deanda of Durant, OK, stepdaughter Kenslee Delong of Durant, OK, daughters Beth and Olivia Deanda of Durant, OK, son Adrian Deanda of Trenton, TX, father Luis Deanda of Durant, OK, mother Josefina Vazquez of Durant, OK, sister Geisi Garcia and husband Juan Carlos Garcia, brother Jose Deanda-Vazquez and wife Wendy of Durant, OK, brother Jamie Deanda-Vazquez of Seattle, WA, brother Enrique Deanda-Vazquez of Durant, OK, niece Carla Garcia of Durant, OK, and nephew Andy Garcia of Durant, OK.
