Lulu’s Obituary Lulu Molly Boggs Ervin, daughter of the late Edward F. and Bertha E. Boggs was born January 2, 1922 in Pedro, Ohio and passed away February 14, 2019 at the age of 97, in Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. Lulu retired from Lawrence County General Hospital and the Lawrence County Health Department. Lulu attended Cannon’s Creek E.U.B. Church.

her entire life where she was a pianist for many years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: two sons: Gary W. Ervin and Larry Jack Ervin one daughter: Karen Lou Ervin three brothers and four sisters She is survived by: three daughters: Patricia (Andrew) Vartanian of New Hope, PA, Peggie (Troy) Haayer of Coal Grove, OH and Debbie (Jim) Chapman of Ashland, KY Lulu had ten grandchildren , twenty great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. Lulu will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Monday, February 18, 2019 at Cannons Creek E.U.B Church, County Rd. 4, Pedro, Ohio with Rev. Dale Knipp officiating.

Burial will follow in Slab Fork Cemetery and visitation will be Sunday evening from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, Ohio and Monday 11:00 AM until time of the service at the church.
