Jackie’s Obituary Jackie Kay (Layne) Lambert, 56, of Kitts Hill, OH, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at St. Mary’s ER, Ironton, Ohio. The Lawrence County, OH native was born May 27, 1962 to the late Fred and Rachel (McFann) Leffingwell and survived by her loving husband, John Lambert, whom she married in 1980. Jackie graduated from Rock Hill High School and received her bachelor’s degree in Communication from the Ohio University Southern.

She was a homemaker and was a huge Steeler’s fan, Travis Tritt fan and loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by: two daughters: Stacey Anson of Ashland, KY and Shelby Lambert of Kitts Hill, OH two sons: Jayson Lambert of Kitts Hill, OH and Michael Lambert of Huntington, WV A sister: Joanne Miller of Ironton, OH A brother: Rodney Layne of Wellston, OH five grandchildren: Tonia Spencer, Caitlin Barrett, Skyler Barrett, Baker Anson, and Bellamy Anson one great-grandchild: Brayden Spencer In addition to her parents, Jackie is preceded in death by: A brother: Roger Layne Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M, Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, OH, with Pastor Mike Long officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens, 198 Private Road 1190, South Point, OH.

Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 A.M until the time of the service at the funeral home.
