93, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 26, 2018, at Evergreen Health Center, East Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph “Scratch” Lonardo. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Ettore and Adelina (Ciffelli) Schiavulli.

Lydia was employed as an assembly worker for various firms in the Providence area for thirty years before her retirement. Lydia was the mother of the late Linda Ann Marshall and mother-in law of the late John Marshall. She was the cherished grandmother of John Marshall, Jr. and Daniel Joseph Marshall, and five great-grandchildren.

Lydia was the sister of Ellen Robinson, Louise Harrell, Flora Welter all of California, and the late Arthur Schiavulli, Anna Nance, and Virginia Palardy and Joseph Schiavulli. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in St. George Maronite Church, 1493 Cranston Street, Cranston.

Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are respectfully omitted. Kindly omit flowers.
