Maciej Dembiczak, age 54, of Westfield, passed away on Thursday September 27, 2018. Mr. Dembiczak was born in Krosno, Poland, to Francisek and Mieczyslawa Dembiczak. He worked as a self employed, owner and operator of a trucking business for the past 12 years.

Mr. Dembiczak is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years Jolanta (nee Chmiel); his daughter Caroline; parents Franciszek and Mieczyslawa; brothers Piotr and Artur. A Memorial Mass for friends and family will be offered at a later date. That date and time will be updated here as soon as its available.
