Mafalda Arrigonie, 92, formerly of Forbes Road, died Monday, November 5, 2018 in Presbyterian Senior Care, Oakmont. She was born April 28, 1926 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late John and Donina (DePasquale) Passarelli. Prior to retirement she had been a cook in the kitchen at Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.

She was a member of St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, Crabtree. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Arrigonie on August 20, 1999; and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by two sons, John Arrigonie and wife Jean, of Castanea, and David Arrigonie and wife Luann, of Latrobe; twin daughters, Mary Ann Cummings and husband John, and Donna Jablonowski and husband David, all of Plum; 10 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Eva Cardella, Carmella Rock, and Lucille Fink (Jon); and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 8:30 to 10:15 AM Friday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC. , 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg where prayers will begin at 10:15 AM, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 AM in St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, Crabtree with the Rev. Justin Matro, OSB officiating.

Entombment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Forbes Road Volunteer Fire Department, 332 Fire Station Rd. , P.O. Box 214, Forbes Road, PA 15633.
