Maggie Moore January 12, 1923 – January 10, 2019 Maggie Moore, 95, of rural Wabash, Indiana, died at 4:02 am, Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Parkview Noble Hospital in Kendallville. She was born January 12, 1923 in Butcher Holler, Kentucky to Melvin and Ida (Bolen) Butcher. Maggie married Ira Moore in Paintsville, Kentucky on January 21, 1944; he died December 27, 1999.

She retired from Wagner/United Technologies in Wabash after 30 years. She enjoyed working in the yard, gardening, her flowers, and visiting with people. She is survived by two children, Paul D. (Diana Young) Moore of Cuba, Illinois, and Patsy J. (Jerry) Kessler of Kendallville, Indiana, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, brother, Bernard (Lorene) Butcher and sister, Virginia Triplett, both of Wabash, Indiana.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, and her daughter, Betty Moore, seven brothers, and one sister. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, January 14. 2019 at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, with Pastor Tim Prater officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash. Preferred memorial is St. Jude Childrens Hospital. The memorial guest book for Maggie may be signed at www.
